Error in connecting to your Youtube account

This error means your Google Account isn’t linked to a YouTube channel. While you can use many YouTube features (like rating videos or adding them to your Watch Later playlist) with just a Google Account, you need a linked YouTube channel to upload videos.

If you have a Gmail account or use an Android device, you already have a Google Account, but you might not have created a YouTube channel yet. To upload videos or access certain features, you’ll need to set up a YouTube channel.

Additionally, this error can appear if you try to use the OAuth 2.0 Service Account flow. YouTube does not support Service Accounts, so attempting to authenticate this way will result in this error.
